Shipping Policy

Our scooters travel within the EU, including Belgium, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland. If your delivery address is outside of these countries, please Contact us first or send an email to services@alpmars.com

Handling & Delivery

We usually require one day to process your order for shipment. The delivery rate and transit time may vary depending on the origin or total weight of the order.

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.

Hikerboy has no control over this and can not be held responsible for any of these fees or taxes, and is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery.

If you refuse to pay taxes or duties, the item(s) will be returned to our warehouse, and the order is refunded only once the item is returned, excluding the return shipping fee and the original shipping fee. A 50€ handling and restocking fee is also deducted from the amount of the order.


All our electric scooters are sent via DHL. You'll receive an email from us with tracking information hours after your order is paid. The delivery will need to be signed for upon arrival.

Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address

If you're away from the delivery address at the time when the package arrives, DHL will leave a card with details of how to arrange a redelivery.


If you somehow inputs any incorrect address details on your order that resulted in a failed or incorrect delivery, Hikerboy Scooter can not be held responsible. The customer will assume full responsibility. If you think that you have entered an incorrect address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number to rectify the issue.


If for some reason you are unable to receive your package, and it is returned to us, we will refund your order less the cost of roundtrip shipping. A 50€ handling and restocking fee is also deducted from the amount of the order.
