AlpMars S.A., based in Geneva, Switzerland is a company initially registered in Lausanne of Canton Vaud in November 2015. The business went operational in November 2016 and was relocated to the new headquarter in Geneva at the end of 2018.
AlpMars operates primarily in four business areas:
- development of our owned electric scooter brand HIKERBOY in the European market.
- trading of high-end machinery and technical service between Europe and China.
- promotion of Chinese high-tech products in Europe.
- introduction of Swiss consumer products to the Chinese market.
As one of our core business, AlpMars specialized itself in the development and distribution of short-range micromobility vehicles and accessories. Under the brand HIKERBOY, our electric scooter is present in France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium, Czech Republic and Bulgaria. Other markets include the UK, Sweden, Norway and Finland.
Mrs Hong Liang, founder and CEO of the company, is a seasoned veteran in the logistics service industry. With decades of experience in international trading and providing logistic service to high-end manufacturers everywhere, she has maintained a close relationship with numerous machine manufacturers and industry leaders in Switzerland, Germany and other European countries. Under her leadership, AlpMars has successfully brought Motorex - Oil of Switzerland, Gleason and EMAG - Manufacturing systems for Precision Metal Components, among others, into the Chinese automotive industry since 2016.
With manufacturing and trading as our backbone and the new found passion for technology and innovation, AlpMars is also taking fast actions in bringing more high-tech products from China into the European market.
Moreover, the company also has experience in bringing Swiss consumer products into the Chinese market, having cooperated with the famous Swiss brand KT Home.
AlpMars currently has nine employees working from the Geneva headquarter in Switzerland. Thanks to the rapid expansion of our business, we are expected to reach the size of 50 employees within the next five years.
